新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调发展研究——基于吉林省的数据 被引量:3

摘要 随着新型城镇化建设步伐的加快,城镇化建设和生态环境保护之间的矛盾日益突出,直接影响到区域协调发展。选取吉林省为研究对象,以2011年到2020年新型城镇化与生态环境的数据为基础,通过构建新型城镇化与生态环境两系统综合评价体系,耦合协调模型以及灰色关联模型进行实证分析。实证结果表明:(1)吉林省新型城镇化与生态环境两系统的综合发展水平都在不断提高,二者相对发展先后经历了新型城镇化滞后阶段、生态环境滞后阶段,在最后达成了均衡同步发展阶段。(2)两系统协调发展阶段变化幅度较大,由轻度失调阶段发展成为良好协调阶段。(3)两系统关联性处于中等关联以上,通过灰色关联模型分析出了影响两系统协调发展的关键性因素。 With the acceleration of new urbanization construction, the contradiction between urbanization construction and ecological environment protection has become increasingly prominent, which directly affects regional coordinated development. Jilin province was selected as the research object. Based on the data of new urbanization and ecological environment from 2011 to 2020, the comprehensive evaluation system of new urbanization and ecological environment, coupled coordination model and gray correlation model were constructed for empirical analysis. The empirical results show that:(1) the comprehensive development level of the new urbanization and the ecological environment systems in Jilin province is constantly improving, and the relative development of the two has experienced the lag stage of the new urbanization, and the ecological environment, and then the balanced and synchronous development stage is reached in the end.(2) The coordinated development stage of the two systems has changed by a large range, developing from the mild disorder stage to a good coordination stage.(3) Above two system correlation in medium correlation, through the gray correlation model analyzes the key factors affecting the coordinated development of the two system.
