摘要
“双减”政策在整体上赋能了基础教育教学改革,同时向小学阶段的“立德树人”实践,尤其是德育工作提出适应性要求和挑战。面向“双减”的小学德育需要在文化层面实现路径与策略拓新:在思维理念上开展关系型教育,建设小学德育主体文化;在平台载体上设计多学科活动,丰富小学德育课程文化;在方法过程上实施对话式教学,深化小学德育教学文化;在评价考核上强化增值性评价,优化小学德育评价文化。
The "double reduction" policy has enabled the reform of basic education and teaching on the whole, and put forward adaptive requirements and challenges to the practice of "cultivating people by moral education" in primary school, especially the moral education work. The primary school moral education oriented to "double reduction" needs to achieve new paths and strategies at the cultural level: Carrying out relation-oriented education in the thinking concept and building the main culture of moral education in primary schools;Designing multidisciplinary activities on the platform carrier to enrich the curriculum culture of primary school moral education;Implementing dialogue teaching in the process of methods and deepening the teaching culture of moral education in primary schools;Strengthening value-added evaluation and optimizing the evaluation culture of moral education in primary school.
