摘要 在地铁联络通道冻结工程中,地下土层的冻结质量直接决定地铁联络通道开挖的安全和进度,而影响地下土层冻结质量的关键因素是钻孔偏斜和冻结壁发展。为了提高实际施工过程中的偏斜控制和冻结分析效率,本文以南京地铁5号线七桥瓮站—小天堂站盾构区间联络通道冻结法施工为背景,以BIM(建筑信息模型)技术为基础,详细说明了可视化编程建模技术在地铁联络通道冻结工程中应用的操作流程,提出了更加有效的偏斜图绘制方法和温度场校核途径,并与以往传统方法对比,分析了其所能带来的经济效益,为同类工程精准有效地控制冻结质量提供依据。 In the ground freezing project of the contact channel in the metro system,the underground soil freezing quality would directly decide the excavation safety and schedule of the contact channel in the metro system and the key factor effected to underground soil freezing quality would be the bore-hole deflection and the freezing wall development.In order to improve the deflection control and the freezing analysis efficiency during the actual construction progress,based on the freezing method construction of the contact channel between Qiqiaoweng Station and Xiaotiantang Station shield tunneling sections as the background and based on BIM technology,the paper in detail explained the applied eration process of the visual programming modeling technology in the freezing project of the contact channel in the metro system and provided the more effective drawing method of the deflection diagram and the checking access of the temperature field.In comparison with the past conventional method,the paper analyzed the economic benefit brought,which could provide the basis to accurately and effectively control the freezing quality to the similar projects.
