全断面竖井掘进机装配工艺及始发关键技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 矿山开采目前多采用竖井开拓方式。探讨在岩层中竖井快速施工技术,对金属矿山或采煤矿井的生产建设有重大而深远的影响。全断面竖井掘进机融合了传统竖井施工技术和全断面隧道掘进机施工理念,是未来竖井施工的发展新方向,在坚硬岩层中有较好的适用性。目前,全断面竖井掘进机在矿山领域鲜有应用,缺乏成熟的理论指导和成功经验借鉴。本文以国内首个采用全断面竖井掘进机施工的宁海抽水蓄能电站工程作为依托,在实际应用的基础上,针对小场地施工、全断面竖井掘进机井下组装和始发掘进中的主要技术难题,提出了主机和后配套吊盘分体组装的二次始发关键施工技术。全断面竖井掘进机的装配分为主机组装和后配套吊盘组装两部分。主机井下组装按照从下向上的顺序依次组装各个部件,下井前在地面完成各个部件的部分安装工作;后配套吊盘连接成整体后由井架进行悬吊。通过人工开挖一定深度后,主机进行始发作业,再安装后配套吊盘,最后安装井架和其他地面系统,开始全断面竖井掘进机正常掘进工作。通过对全断面竖井掘进机在实际施工中遇到的问题进行全面分析,形成全断面竖井掘进机井下装配工艺及始发的关键技术,该研究成果对于中国深部矿产资源开发技术装备的发展具有很好的借鉴意义。 At present,more shaft development mode is applied to the mining.The shaft rapid construction technology applied in the rock stratum was discussed and would have a significant and farreaching impact to the production and construction of the metal mines and coal mines.The full-face shaft boring machine mixed together with the conventional shaft construction technology and the con-struction concept of the full-face tunnel boring machine would be a new development direction of the future shaft construction and would have a better applicability in the hard rock stratum.At present,the fully-face shaft boring machine had a few application in the mine field and would lack the mature theoretical guidance and successful experience references.As a basis on the first domestic full-face shaft boring machine applied to the project of Ninghai Pumped Storage Power Station,based on the actual application,according to the construction in a small site,the assembling of the full-face shaft bor ing machine in the underground mine and major technical problems occurred in the launching boring,the paper provided the second launching key construction technologies of the main machine and after supporting stage split assembly.The assembling of the full-face shaft boring machine would be divided to two sections,including the main machine assembling and after supporting stage assembling.The main machine assembling in the underground mine should be according to the order from the bottom up to assemble each component in a proper order and before into the mine,the part assembling work of each component should be completed on the mine surface ground.The after supporting stage con-nected into a whole would be overhung by the headframe.After the shaft excavated to a certain depth by the manpower,the main machine would conduct the launching operation,then the after supporting stage would be assembled,finally the headframe and other ground surface system would be assembled and the normal boring work of the full-face shaft boring machine would be started.With a full analysis.conducted on the problems from the actual construction of the full-face shaft boring machine,the un-derground assembling technique and the launching key technology of the full-face shaft boring machine were set up.The study achievements would have the good reference significance to the development of the deep mineral resources development technology and equipment in China.
