摘要
在联络通道冻结施工中,钻孔偏斜问题一直是困扰冻结效果预测与分析的关键问题,为分析钻孔偏斜对冻结效果的影响,本文采用数值计算的方法对不同孔间距条件下的冻结问题进行了讨论。研究结果表明,孔间距与冻结壁厚度呈指数递减关系,而与冻结壁平均温度呈线性递增关系,进而通过冻结壁承载能力劣化指标进行讨论发现,当孔间距从0.6 m增长至0.8 m时,承载能力将下降22%,增长至1.0m时,承载能下降53%。相关研究结果将为类似联络通道的冻结效果预测与方案设计提供参考。
In the freezing construction of the contact passage,a hole deflection problem always would be a key problem to trouble the prediction and analysis of the freezing effect.In order to analyze the hole deflction affected to the freezing effect,a discussion on the freezing problem under the different hole clearance was conducted with the numerical calculation method in this paper.The study results showed that the hole clearance and the freezing wall thickness would be in an index decreasing relationship and the average temperature of the freezing would be in a linear incremental relationship.Thus a discussion conducted with a loading capacity degradation index of the freezing wall showed that when the hole clearance increased from 0.6 m to 0.8 m,the loading capacity would be decreased by 22%,when the hole clearance increased to 1.0 m,the loading capacity would be decreased by 53%.The related study results could provide the references to the freezing effect prediction and the plan design of the similar contact passages.
