摘要 随着注浆技术的发展,注浆技术的应用范围也越来越广泛,不同行业、不同种类的工程项目,注浆站的建设各不相同,从固定的大型注浆站到小型移动注浆站都有使用。本文针对煤矿地面区域水害注浆治理等工程时间相对较短的项目,设计了一种模块化自动注浆站,结合自动控制、系统集成、组态软件技术,把原来相对分散的设备集中起来,实现了注浆站的模块化、小型化和自动化,确保浆液密度稳定、均匀,提高了制浆质量和效率。模块化自动注浆站占地面积小、环保程度高,可以重复使用,适于车载,便于运输、安装和维护,可根据现场需要灵活、高效、快速地组建,适用于多样化的工程施工形式,同时,该注浆站自动化程度高、配备人员少,可降低生产成本,能显著地提高注浆施工效率,具有广阔的应用前景。 With a development of the grouting technology,the application scope of the grouting technology is also becoming more and more wider.As for the different sector and different type engineering projects,the grouting station construction would be different and a fixed large grouting station or a small mobile grouting station all could be applied.According to the grouting control of the water disaster in the mine surface area and the engineering time relative short project,a modular automatic grouting station was designed.In combination with the automatic control,system integration and configuration software technology,the original relative dispersal equipment could be concentrated and the grouting station could realize the modular,miniaturization and automation to ensure the stabilization and well-distribution of the grout density and to improve the quality and efficiency of the grout preparation.The modular automatic grouting station would have a small ground area and high environment protection,could be reused,could be loaded on the vehicle and could be easy for the transportation,installation and maintenance.Based on the site requirements,the station could be flexibly,high efficiently and rapidly set up and could be suitable to the multi engineering construction form.Meanwhile the station with the high automation degree and less required personnel could reduce the production cost,could obviously improve the grouting construction efficiency and would have a wide application prospect.
