基于外墙内嵌管的大温差空调系统研究

摘要 根据冷量品位分级的思想,提出一种新型空调系统。该系统将冷冻水依次通过风机盘管、新风机组和外墙内嵌管中,外墙内嵌管利用高温冷冻水,消除外墙传热负荷,甚至可利用外墙内壁面吸收室内空气热量,从而减少房间空调负荷,改善室内热舒适性,同时提高冷冻水的供回水温差,减小输配能耗。通过理论计算和数值模拟,与传统空调系统对比,模拟房间空调负荷可减小21.0%,外墙内壁面温度可降低4.7℃,冷冻水供回水温差可达10.7℃,冷冻水流量可减少53.5%。 According to the idea of cooling capacity grade classification,a new type of air-conditioning system is proposed.The system passes the chilled water through the fan coil unit,the fresh air unit and the inlaid pipes in the outer wall in turn.The inlaid pipes in the outer wall use high-temperature chilled water to eliminate the heat transfer load of the outer wall,and even use the inner wall of the outer wall to absorb indoor air heat.Thereby reducing the air-conditioning load in the room,improving the indoor thermal comfort,and at the same time increasing the temperature difference between the supply and return of chilled water,reducing the energy consumption of transmission and distribution.Through theoretical calculations and numerical simulation,compared with the traditional air-conditioning system,the air-conditioning load of the simulated room can be reduced by 21.0%,the temperature on the inner surface of the exterior wall can be reduced by 4.7℃,the temperature difference between the supply and return water of the chilled water can reach 10.7℃,and the flow of chilled water can be reduced by 53.5%.
