考虑系统频率稳定需求的风电机组调频参数评估 被引量:5

摘要 随着风电渗透率提高,电力系统将面临一次调频能力不足的问题,为降低风电大规模并网对系统频率安全的影响,风电机组通过主动控制方式参与系统一次调频,随着风电渗透率的逐步提高,频率响应模式和调频参数的设置将更加复杂。研究基于风电机组的综合惯性控制,结合传统电力系统刚性集结模型,得出考虑风电机组参与一次调频的系统频率响应模型,并推导系统频率安全指标评价公式,通过仿真验证其有效性,从而在满足风电机组高渗透率系统频率稳定的前提下,确定不同风电渗透率下的风电机组调频参数最小临界值,为实际工程中的参数整定提供依据。 As the penetration rate of wind power increases,the power system would face the problem of insufficient primary frequency regulation capability.In order to reduce the impact of large-scale grid connection of wind power on the system frequency stability,the wind turbine adopts an auxiliary frequency response link to participate in the primary frequency regulation of the system.With the gradual increase of wind power penetration,the setting of frequency response mode and frequency modulation parameters would become more complicated.Research on integrated inertial control based on the wind turbine and combined with the traditional power system rigid build-up model.The system frequency response model considering the participation of wind turbines in primary frequency regulation is obtained.Moreover,the system frequency safety index evaluation formula is deduced.The effectiveness of the simulation is verified to determine the value range of the frequency regulation parameters of wind turbines under different wind power penetration rates on the premise of satisfying the frequency stability of the high-penetration system of wind turbines.
