摘要
湖北某胶磷矿P2O5品位为16.89%、SiO_(2)质量分数为30.14%、MgO质量分数为4.76%,属于中低品位难选胶磷矿。为了减少硅酸盐矿物对后续生产的影响,实现磷矿资源的梯级利用,满足生产磷酸一铵和磷酸二铵的质量指标要求,对该矿现有的正反浮选工艺流程进行了优化,采用优化后的“1粗1精1再选、1反粗1反扫”和“1粗选、1反粗1反扫”流程分别得到了满足传统法生产磷酸二铵和料浆法生产磷酸一铵质量指标要求的磷精矿,且脱硅效果均较好。该研究成果可为类似磷矿石的高效利用提供一定的技术支撑。
A phosphate rock containing 16.89%P 2O 5,30.14%SiO_(2) and 4.76%MgO from Hubei province belongs to the middle to low grade phosphate rock which is difficult to be upgraded.In order to minimize the influence of silicate minerals on subsequent production units,realize the cascade utilization of phosphate resources,and to meet the concentrate specifications for production of mono-ammonium phosphate(MAP)and di-ammonium phosphate(DAP),the existing flotation circuits were optimized during the tests.As a result,the optimized circuit composed of one rougher,one cleaner and one re-treatment for direct flotation and one rougher,one scavenger for reverse flotation was subject to production of DAP by conventional process,while the circuit composed of one rougher for direct flotation and one rougher with one scavenger for reverse flotation was subject to production of MAP by slurry process,from which satisfactory performance of both for removal of silicates was achieved.The result of tests provides some technical supports for the efficient utilization of similar phosphate ore resource.
