我国冰雪体育运动竞技后备人才培养模式创新研究 被引量:6

摘要 北京2022年冬奥会的成功举办一方面为我国冰雪运动的深入发展创造了良好的契机,但另一方面面对我国冰雪体育运动参与群体人数不足,后备人才严重匮乏的现状对我国来说也是一种巨大的挑战,这已经事关冰雪运动在我国的进一步普及与发展。2015年习近平总书记提出了“带动3亿人参与冰雪运动”。为了更好地实现这一目标,我们一定要重视研究冰雪运动竞技后备人才培养模式。鉴于此,作者首先对我国现阶段冰雪运动竞技后备人才培养模式存在的问题进行调查及分析,以此来作为我国构建冰雪运动竞技后备人才培养模式的理论指导;其次对冰雪体育运动竞技后备人才培养模式的创新提出了系统性建议,以期为我国冰雪体育事业的发展提供一定的建设性意见。 Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games has created a good opportunity for the in-depth development of China’s ice and snow sports.On the other hand,insufficient participants in ice and snow sports and serious lack of reserve talent training pose huge challenge,which is related to the further popularization and development of ice and snow sports in China.President Xi jinping pointed out that Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic will promote 300 million people’s participation in ice and snow.In order to better achieve this goal,we must pay attention to the research on the training mode of reserve talents in ice and snow sports.In view of this,the author first investigates and analyzes the problems in the training mode of reserve talents of ice and snow sports in China to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of the training mode of reserve talents.Secondly,it puts forward systematic suggestions on the innovation of the training mode of reserve competitive talents of ice and snow sports in order to provide some constructive suggestions for the development of ice and snow sports in China.
