摘要
选用梯度质量分数的壳聚糖溶液作为黏合剂,并利用热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)弹性薄膜作为贴合增强材料,将3种苎麻面料分别和聚丙烯(PP)熔喷非织造布进行复合,制备苎麻/PP熔喷复合面料,并对复合面料的力学、透气、透湿及抗菌等性能进行测试与表征。结果表明:利用体积分数为2%的乙酸溶剂配置得到的壳聚糖质量分数为6%的黏合剂,再结合TPU弹性薄膜,在110℃、0.3 kPa及30 s的压烫条件下,制备的苎麻平纹布/PP熔喷复合面料的断裂强力为303.75 N,且手感柔软,透气性和透湿性最优。该复合面料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率较苎麻平纹布的分别提升了5.06%和7.63%,复合面料水洗4次后仍具有一定的抑菌性能。
Using chitosan solution with gradient mass fraction as adhesive and thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) elastic film as bonding reinforcement material, the ramie/polypropylene(PP) melt-blown composite fabrics were prepared by combining three kinds of ramie fabrics with PP melt-blown nonwovens. And the mechanical, air permeability, moisture permeable and antibacterial properties of the composite fabrics were tested and characterized. The results showed that, the ramie plain fabric/PP melt-blown composite fabric had the breaking strength of 303.75 N, soft hand feeling, and the best air permeability and moisture permeability, which was obtained by using binder with 6% chitosan mass fraction and 2% acetic acid solvent volume fraction combined with TPU elastic film, under the pressing conditions of 110 ℃, 0.3 kPa and 30 s. The antibacterial rate of the composite fabric against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was increased by 5.06% and 7.63% than that of ramie plain fabric. The composite fabric still had certain bacteriostatic properties after 4 times of washing.
