生态环境保护全领域检测项目的方法研究

Study on methods of monitoring projects in the whole field of eco-environmental protection

生态环境保护工作除了涉及生态环境主管部门,还有农业农村部、自然资源部、住房与城乡建设部、水利部、国家卫生健康委员会、国家林业和草原局等多部委。本文通过梳理各部委生态环境保护相关职责,建立健全生态环境保护全领域监测项目清单,为“十四五”生态文明建设提供数据支撑。

In addition to the Ministry of ecology and environment, the eco-environmental protection also involves the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Water Resources, the National Health Commission and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. In this study, the responsibilities of each ministry related to eco-environmental protection are sorted out,and a list of monitoring projects in the whole field of eco-environmental protection is established.
