摘要
针对兰州地区生活垃圾焚烧炉渣的性状进行粉磨特性研究,结合三维混合机预混对磨细焚烧炉渣匀质性的改善,分析比表面积及高温养护工艺对焚烧炉渣活性的影响。结果表明,兰州地区焚烧炉渣具有较好的易磨性;三维混合机预混能显著提高磨细焚烧炉渣的均匀性,预混的较佳频率为5Hz,时间为900s;比表面积在340~570m^(2)/kg区间内,焚烧炉渣28d活性范围为40%~50%;高温养护能激发和提高焚烧炉渣早期活性,但对28d活性指数增加没有贡献。
Taking the domestic waste incineration slag in Lanzhou as research object, the experiment of grinding property is carried out. And the effects of specific surface area and high temperature curing process on the activity of incineration slag are analyzed, combined with the improvement of homogeneity of pulverized incineration slag by 3D mixer premixing. The results show that the incineration slag in Lanzhou has good grinding ability. 3D-mixer premixing can dramatically improve the homogeneity of pulverized incineration slag, and optimum parameters of the premixing is 5Hz and 900s. When the specific surface area is 340~570m^(2)/kg, the 28-day activity range of incineration slag is 40%~50%.High temperature curing can stimulate and improve the early activity of incineration slag, but has no contribution to the increase of 28-day activity index.
