摘要
在2Y-TZP陶瓷粉中加入总量质量分数50%的不同比例的LaAl_(11)O_(18)和Al_(2)O_(3)粉体,将3种粉体混合均匀、成型并烧结成陶瓷,测试了其力学性能和显微形貌。结果表明,随着LaAl_(11)O_(18)掺杂量增加,烧成陶瓷的力学性能呈现先上升后下降的趋势,w(LaAl_(11)O_(18))∶w(Al_(2)O_(3))最佳为1∶1,此时陶瓷强度可到1040 MPa,比50%ZrO_(2)/50%Al_(2)O_(3)样品提升15%。分析测试结果表明,随着LaAl_(11)O_(18)掺杂量的增加,烧成的陶瓷中晶须状晶粒的数量增加,晶须增强效应促使强度提升;但掺杂量继续提升,陶瓷样品中细长颗粒过多导致晶粒分布不均匀,引起相对密度下降和强度降低。
LaAl_(11)O_(18)and Al_(2)O_(3)powders in different proportions with a total amount of 50wt%were added to 2Y-TZP ceramic powder.The three kinds of powders were mixed evenly,formed and sintered into ceramics.Their mechanical properties and microstructure were tested.The results show that the mechanical properties of sintered ceramics show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of LaAl_(11)O_(18)doping content.The best ratio is w(LaAl_(11)O_(18))∶w(Al_(2)O_(3))mass ratio of 1∶1.At this time,the ceramic strength can reach 1040 mpa,which is 15% higher than that of 50%ZrO_(2)/50%Al_(2)O_(3)samples.The analysis and test results show that,with the increase of LaAl_(11)O_(18)doping content,the number of whisker like grains in the fired ceramics increases and the whisker reinforcement effect promotes the strength improvement.However,the doping amount continues to increase.Too many slender particles in the ceramic samples lead to uneven grain distribution,resulting in a decrease in relative density and strength.
