摘要
南非某锰矿为新建矿山,属缓倾斜薄至中厚矿体,原国外设计团队推荐采用露天开采,但存在最终边坡角过大、露天矿岩外包成本计算过低难以实现的问题,还存在省级高速公路改道、高压供电线路改线的问题,操作难度较大。因此通过对矿山开采技术条件及矿山生产实际情况的综合研究,在比较了露天和地下2种开采方式后,发现地下开采虽然存在生产成本大的缺点,但基建投资低,且已有地表公用设施不需要调整,政府审批手续简单,推荐浅部矿体采用地下开采方式较为稳妥,风险可控。
A manganese mine in South Africa is newly-built. It belongs to a gently inclined thin to medium-thick ore body. The original foreign design team is recommended to own open-pit mining, but the final slope angle is too large, the cost calculation of open-pit mining outsourcing is too low. It is difficult to achieve. There are also problems of provincial highway diversion and high-voltage power supply line rerouting, which is difficult to operate. Therefore, a comprehensive study was made in the technical conditions of mine mining and the actual situation of mine production after comparing the open-pit and underground mining methods. It is found that the infrastructure investment is low although the underground mining has the disadvantages of high production costs. The existing surface utilities do not need to be adjusted. The government approval procedures are simple. The underground mining method recommended for shallow ore bodies is relatively stable and the risk is controllable.
