二氧化碳激光治疗大鼠烧伤后增生性瘢痕的疗效观察及机制探讨 被引量:1

Effects and Possible Mechanism of Carbon Dioxide Laser Treatment of Hypertrophic Scars After Burn Wounds in Rats

摘要 目的探讨二氧化碳激光治疗大鼠烧伤后增生性瘢痕的效果观察,并分析了可能机制。方法顺利建立烧伤模型的36只大鼠随机分为3组:模型组、药物组与激光组,每组12只大鼠。模型组不进行处理,药物组给予腹腔注射丁酸钠治疗,激光组采用二氧化碳激光治疗,记录治疗效果,检测血液学与组织学指标变化情况。结果治疗3 d后,药物组与激光组的治疗总有效率均显著高于模型组(P<0.05),而该2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗3 d后相比,治疗6 d后模型组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量、心和肺组织含水量均显著升高,肝和肾黏膜血流量均显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗6 d后药物组和激光组各项指标的变化趋势均与模型组相反,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3 d、6 d后,药物组与激光组的血清IL-6和TNF-α含量、心和肺组织含水量均显著低于模型组(P<0.05),激光组也显著低于药物组(P<0.05);治疗3 d、6 d后药物组与激光组的肝、肾黏膜血流量均显著高于模型组(P<0.05),激光组也显著高于药物组(P<0.05)。结论二氧化碳激光治疗大鼠烧伤后增生性瘢痕能抑制炎性因子的表达,有利于血管扩张和增强血液循环,减轻组织器官水肿,从而提供治疗效果。 Objective In order to investigate the effects of carbon dioxide laser treatment of hypertrophic scars after burns in rats,and to analysis the possible mechanism.Methods Totally 36 rats that successfully established burn models were randomly divided into model group,drug group and laser group,with 12 rats in each group.The model group was not treated,the drug group was treated with sodium butyrate intraperitoneally,and the laser group was treated with carbon dioxide laser,the treatment effects and detected changes in hematological and histological indicators were recorded.Results After three days of treatment,the total effective rate of the drug group and the laser group was significantly higher than that of the model group(P<0.05),but there were no statistically differences between two groups(P>0.05).Compared those with three days after treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the water content of heart and lung tissues in the model group were significantly increased after six days of treatment,and the blood flow of liver and kidney mucosa were significantly reduced(P<0.05).However,the changes of the above indexes in the drug group and the laser group at the time point were opposite to the model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After three days and six days of treatment,the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αand the water content of heart and lung tissue in the drug group and the laser group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05),and the laser group was also significantly lower than the drug group(P<0.05).After three days and six days of treatment,the blood flow of liver and kidney mucosa in the drug group and the laser group were significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.05),and the laser group was also significantly higher than the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carbon dioxide laser treatment of hypertrophic scars after burns in rats can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,which is beneficial to vasodilation and enhance blood circulation,reduce tissue and organ edema,and thus provide therapeutic effects.
