论法治视角下党章的修改

On the Revision of the Party Constitution from the Perspective of Rule of Law

随着相关党内法规条例的完善和党章修改惯例的形成,党章修改逐步走上了法治化轨道。二十大党章修改法治化特点体现在参与机关的职责明确、各司其职,修改过程民主化程序的日渐成熟,修改内容的日趋稳定等,并及时将党的十九大以来最新成果和二十大精神融入党章。修订后的二十大党章承载着重要使命,加强党章的有力实施将成为今后一段时间的重要任务。

With the improvement of the relevant intra-Party regulations and the formation of the revision convention of the Party Constitution,the revision of the Party Constitution has gradually been on the track of the rule of law.The characteristics of the legalization of the revision of the 20th Party Constitution are that the responsibilities of the participating organs are clear,the process of the revision is becoming more and more mature,and the contents of the revision are becoming more and more stable.And the latest achievements since the 19th CPC National Congress and the spirit of the 20th National Congress have been written into the Party Constitution.As the revised Party Constitution carries an important mission,strengthening the implementation of the Party Constitution will become an important task in the future.
