摘要 为了提高水质,提出了绿色节能背景下的节水环保型水处理技术研究。选择某一工厂的水样作为实验用水,将水样分别通过孔径为50、100、200 nm的陶瓷膜,在绿色节能背景下,通过调节水处理装置的进出水频率、压力和流量,将产水率分别设置为20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%和80%,测试并记录实验进行5、10、20、30、60 min时的产水水质。实验结果表明,孔径为50、100、200 nm的陶瓷膜在不同的产水率下,出水质量都可以满足节水环保型水的质量要求,从而提高了节水环保型水处理技术的效果。 In order to improve water quality,the research on water-saving and environment-friendly water treatment technology under the background of green energy saving was put forward.Water samples from a factory were selected as experimental water,and water samples were passed through ceramic membranes with pore sizes of 50 nm,100 nm and 200 nm.Under the background of green energy saving,water production rates were set to 20%,30%,40%,50%,60%,70%and 80%respectively by adjusting the frequency,pressure and flow of water in and out of the water treatment device,test and record the quality of produced water for 5,10,20,30 and 60 minutes.The experimental results showed that the water quality of ceramic membranes with pore sizes of 50 nm,100 nm and 200 nm could meet the quality requirements of water-saving and environment-friendly water under different water yield rates,thus improving the effect of water-saving and environment-friendly water treatment technology.
