摘要 液压支架是煤矿中重要的安全装备,其运行过程的可靠性直接影响煤矿生产安全。结合实际情况,对煤矿中使用的液压支架电液控制系统进行了设计研究,系统共可以分为2大部分,分别为上位机和支架控制器。系统采取了RS-485串口通信、CAN总线通信以及无线通信技术。支架控制器以主控CPU为核心,包含有电源电路、CAN通信电路、模拟量信号采集电路等不同模块。软件程序方面,主要对控制器的主程序以及急停和闭锁子程序、邻架控制子程序进行了设计。将设计的电液控制系统应用到煤矿工程实践中,结果发现液压支架的控制精度大幅度提升,单架移架时间大幅度缩短,达到了预期效果,安全效益和经济效益显著。 Hydraulic support is an important safety equipment in coal mine,and the reliability of its operation process directly affects the safety of coal mine production.Combined with the actual situation,the design and research of the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system used in coal mines is carried out.The system can be divided into two parts,which are the upper computer and the support controller.The system adopts RS-485 serial communication,CAN-bus communication and wireless communication technology.The bracket controller takes the main control CPU as the core,and includes different modules such as power supply circuit,CAN communication circuit,and analog signal acquisition circuit.In terms of software program,the main program of the controller,emergency stop and lockout subprograms,and adjacent rack control subprograms are designed.The designed electro-hydraulic control system was applied to coal mine engineering practice,and it was found that the control accuracy of the hydraulic support was greatly improved,the time for moving a single support was greatly shortened,the expected effect was achieved,and the safety and economic benefits were significant.
