王家岭煤矿12309工作面顶煤破碎特征及运移规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 为掌握12309工作面顶煤破碎特征及运移规律,采用理论分析+现场观测分析进行顶煤破碎特征的分析,根据顶煤破坏规律分析得出顶煤受力特征,基于现场测试得出顶煤破碎块度及冒落特征;通过数值模拟进行顶煤运移规律的分析,并在工作面回采期间进行顶煤活动规律的监测。结果表明,顶煤冒落块度基本在40 cm×30 cm×30 cm内,顶煤一般在支架顶梁后方及时垮落;顶煤放出7次后即进入稳定周期,顶煤的运移主要出现在超前工作面10~30 m内,工作面走向上顶煤运移可划分为4个区域。 In order to grasp the top coal crushing characteristics and migration laws of the 12309 working face,theoretical analysis plus field observation analysis are used to analyze the top coal crushing characteristics.According to the top coal failure law analysis,the top coal stress characteristics are obtained,and the top coal fragmentation and caving characteristicsis are obtained based on the field test.Through numerical simulation to analyze the top coal migration law,and monitor the top coal activity law during the mining face.The results show that the top coal caving block size is basically within the range of 40 cm×30 cm×30 cm,and the top coal generally collapses in time behind the top beam of the support.The top coal enters the stable period after 7 times of caving,and the migration of the top coal mainly occurs in the range of 10~30 m in advance of the working face,the top coal migration in the direction of the working face can be divided into 4 areas.
