对食品类专业“顶石课程”体系进行教学设计,重点探讨了岗位实习、毕业设计的教学内容、教学活动设计,并对实施“顶石课程”成效进行了剖析,促进学生对所学专业知识和技能进行有效整合,提升学生综合职业素养,以达到人才培养目标。

The teaching design of"top stone course"system for food major is carried out,focusing on the teaching content and teaching activity design of post practice and graduation design.And the effect of the implementation of"top stone course"is analyzed to promote the students to effectively integrate the professional knowledge and skills,improve the comprehensive professional quality of students,in order to achieve the goal of talent training.
