摘要
创新创业教育是工科教育改革的重要方向之一,对学生创新创业能力的培养影响巨大。以创新创业教育开展为契机,食品微生物学实验通过融入创新创业特色教学目标、教学内容和教学实施过程,夯实学生的实验技能,培养学生的创新思维和团队意识,提升了学生创新创业能力,提高了食品微生物学实验创新创业教育质量。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is one of the important directions of engineering education reform,which has a great effect on the cultivation of students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Taking innovation and entrepreneurship education as an opportunity,food microbiology experiment strengthens students'experimental skills,cultivates students'innovative thinking and team consciousness,improves students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and improves the quality of food microbiology experiment innovation and entrepreneurship education by integrating innovation and entrepreneurship characteristic teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching implementation process.
