摘要
槐糖脂作为一种重要的生物表面活性剂,具有多种生物活性,并拥有低毒、环保等诸多优点,应用前景广阔。本文综述了槐糖脂在医药方面(抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒和抗肿瘤)、食品领域、日化领域、环境保护(减轻有害藻类、农药助剂、油气开采和修复土壤)中的应用现状及槐糖脂与其他物质的联合作用,指出了限制槐糖脂大规模应用的主要原因,提出了今后重点研究方向,以期为槐糖脂的进一步推广应用提供理论依据。
As an important biosurfactant,sophorase has a variety of biological activities,low toxicity,environmental protection and many other advantages,and has a broad application prospect.In this paper,the application status of sophoriolipid in medicine(antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antiviral and anti-tumor),food,daily chemical,environmental protection(reducing harmful algae,pesticide additives,oil and gas exploitation and soil remediation)and the combined use of sophoriolipid and other substances were reviewed,the main reasons for limiting the largescale application of sophoriolipid were pointed out,and the key research directions in the future are proposed,It was expected to provide theoretical basis for the further promotion and application of sophora syrup.
