摘要
以沙棘籽为原料,以CO_(2)为萃取剂,采用超临界萃取方法,提取高质量、无溶剂残留的沙棘籽油。以萃取流量、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为主要影响因素,在单因素试验的基础上,进行四因素三水平正交试验,获得最佳的工艺参数:萃取流量32 kg/h,萃取压力25 MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间120 min。
Using sea-buckthorn seed as raw material and CO_(2) as extractor,supercritical extraction method was used to extract high quality sea-buckthorn seed oil without solvent residue.With extraction flow,extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time as the main influencing factors,orthogonal tests with four factors and three levels were carried out on the basis of single factor test to obtain the best technological parameters.
