低聚果糖检验过程中样品前处理使用量验证

Validation of sample pretreatment usage in the process of fructooligosaccharides inspection

摘要 利用液相色谱、示差检测器等检测技术,对样品前处理使用量对检测结果的影响进行了初步比较和探索验证。研究结果表明,样品前处理使用量为2 g和5 g时,试验的精密度和回收率良好。 Using liquid chromatography,differential detector and other detection techniques,the influence of the amount of sample pretreatment on the detection results was preliminarily compared and explored.The results showed that the precision and recovery of the test were good when the sample pretreatment amount was 2g and 5g.
