摘要 建立了白酒中氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。白酒样品超声脱气后用水定容,经C_(18)色谱柱分离,以甲醇-水为流动相,外标法定量。结果表明,被测物质在0.5 mg/L~50.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R)大于0.999,3种物质的平均回收率在89.2%~101.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.32%~4.55%,定量限为0.5 mg/L。该方法简单快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,能够满足白酒中氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因含量的定量分析要求。 A HPLC method for the determination of aminopyrine,phenacetin and caffeine in liquor was established.After ultrasonic degassing,the liquor samples were separated by C_(18)column and quantified by external standard method using methanol-water as mobile phase.The results showed that the linearity of the tested substances was good in the range of 0.5~50.0 mg/L,the relative coefficient(R)was greater than 0.999.The spiked recoveries was 89.2%~101.5%and the relative standard deviations was 2.32%~4.55%.The limit of quantitation of the method was 0.5 mg/L.The simple and rapid method with good reproducibility can be used for the determination of aminopyrine,phenacetin and caffeine in Chinese Baijiu.
