基于边疆地方师范院校职业教育高质量发展的人才培养体系研究

Talent Cultivation System Based on the High-quality Development of Vocational Education in Frontier Local Normal Colleges

边疆地方师范院校既要把握高等职业教育教学规律又不脱离区域行业产业发展实际,既要有效快速实现职业教育人才培养高质量发展又要有效服务于地方经济社会和行业发展。边疆地方师范院校提升人才培养质量大多集中在专业人才培养模式、课程、师资等方面进行探索,将专业、课程、师资、保障、改革、评估等人才培养的核心要素综合研究与实践鲜见报道。基于上述核心要素,探索出了基于边疆地方师范院校职业教育高质量发展的人才培养体系,该体系构建了与支柱行业产业相对接的专业群、推进了师范院校专业(群)特色化发展、构建了职业教育高质量发展的保障机制,能够有效解决边疆地方师范院校发展定位不清、人才培养机制不全、专业发展盲目趋同的问题。

Frontier local normal colleges should not only grasp the teaching rules of higher vocational education,but also closely focus on the actual development of regional industries.Frontier local normal colleges should effectively and quickly realize the high-quality development of vocational education personnel training and effectively serve the local economic society and industry development.The improvement of talent training quality at frontier local normal colleges mostly focuses on the exploration of professional talent training mode,curriculum,teachers and other aspects.There are few reports on the comprehensive research and practice of the core elements of talent training such as major,curriculum,teachers,security,reform and evaluation.Based on the core elements,a talent training system based on the high-quality development of vocational education at frontier local normal colleges is studied.This system constructs a professional group that is connected with the pillar industry,promotes the characteristic development of normal colleges,and constructs a guarantee mechanism for the high-quality development of vocational education.The system can effectively solve the problems of unclear development orientation,incomplete talent training mechanism and blind convergence of professional development at frontier local normal colleges.This system can also provide reference for the research and practice of high-quality development of talent training in local normal colleges.
