摘要
文章选取国内外主题公园网络平台中含有“失望”一词的评价,通过筛选构建语料库并进行概念编码,借助评价系统中的态度和级差系统对形成范畴进行强度测算和情感相关分析处理,最终确定主题公园游客失望评价的影响因素及路径,并在此路径基础上通过社会网络分析法对各节点间的多重联结关系进行验证。结果表明:主题公园游客失望评价形成过程呈现出以信息延迟为基础、客流拥挤为核心、应急脆弱为边缘的影响路径;评论内容态度级差和影响因素强弱程度呈高度相关;各影响因素间高度联结,呈现出“场景体验—失望情感—负面回忆”的影响关系。
Based on grounded theory,this paper selects the comments of domestic and foreign theme parks“disappointed”on the network,selects and constructs the corpus and conceptual coding,uses the attitude and grade difference system in the Appraisal System and the Wordsmith Tool 6.0 software to measure the intensity of the formation category and analyze the emotion correlation,finally determines the formation factors and paths of the disappointment comments of theme park tourists,and verifies the multiple connection relationships between each node through the social network analysis method on this path.The results show that:the formation process of disappointment comments of theme park tourists shows an influencing path based on information delay,passenger flow congestion as the core,and emergency vulnerability as the edge;the difference in attitude level of the comment and the strength of the influencing factors are highly correlated;the influencing factors are highly linked,showing the influence relationship of“scene experience,disappointment emotion,negative memory”.
