摘要 白细胞介素6(IL-6)是一种能与自身受体结合形成复合物并通过信号传导发挥生物学作用的多功能细胞因子。IL-6在包括炎症和肿瘤在内的多种疾病的发生发展及转归中发挥着病理生理学作用。研究IL-6生物学特性及其与不同受体介导的信号转导机制对健康和疾病的影响有助于更好地治疗相关疾病。因此,该文介绍IL-6及其生理功能和特点、转录调控和信号传导机制及其靶向治疗,为以IL-6信号通路为靶点的药物设计研究与在相关疾病的临床治疗方面提供参考。 Interleukin-6(IL-6)is a multifunctional cytokine that can bind to its own receptors and play biological roles through signal transduction.IL-6 plays a pathophysiological role in the occurrence,development and outcome of various diseases,including inflammation and tumor.Studying the biological characteristics of IL-6,its signal transduction mechanism mediated by different receptors and the influence of gene variation on health and disease will help to better treat related diseases.Therefore,this article introduced IL-6,its physiological functions and characteristics,transcriptional regulation,signal transduction mechanism and targeted therapy,so as to provide reference for drug design and clinical treatment of related diseases targeting IL-6 signaling pathway.
