房建工程喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料设计技术及方法

Design Technology and Method of Spraying Quick-setting Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coatings in Building Engineering

为进一步规范喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料的设计技术及方法,以房建工程为基础,针对不同的位置和结构形式,提出了地下室底板、侧墙、顶板和屋面详细防水构造做法。工程实践表明,地下室和屋面防水工程未出现渗漏水现象,保障了构筑物的质量和安全。该方法可为类似工程提供借鉴意义,具有良好的经济效益和推广价值。

In order to further standardize the design technology and method of spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coatings,detailed waterproof construction methods for basement floors,side walls,ceilings and roofs are put forward based on building engineering projects and different positions and structural forms.The engineering practice showed that there was no water leakage in the basement and roof waterproofing works,which ensured the quality and safety of the structures.This method could provide reference for similar projects,and has good economic benefits and popularization value.
