国内外婴幼儿食品中重金属限量标准比较分析

Comparative analysis on heavy metal limit standards for infants and young children’s foods at home and abroad

重金属是影响婴幼儿食品安全的重要风险因素,也是各国家/组织食品安全关注的焦点,而制定严格的限量标准是控制此类风险的重要措施。本文分析了国际食品法典委员会(CAC)、欧盟、美国、新加坡、澳大利亚和新西兰、加拿大、韩国及我国婴幼儿食品中重金属限量标准状况,比较了国内外限量标准的差异,据此提出了完善我国婴幼儿食品中重金属限量标准的建议,以及进出口婴幼儿食品生产、监管中需要注意的问题。

Heavy metals are important risk factors affecting infants and young children’s food safety,which is also the focus of food safety concerns of various countries and organizations.Formulation of strict limit standards is the important measure to control such risks.This article analyzes the status of heavy metal limit standards for infants and young children’s foods of Codex Alimentarius Commission,the European Union,the United States,Singapore,Australia and New Zealand,Canada,Republic of Korea and China.The differences are compared,suggestions are proposed to improve the standards in China,and issues that need to pay attention to in the production and supervision of imported and exported infants and young children’s foods are mentioned.
