摘要
为了解氟检测技术的发展,本文概述了近年来食品中氟的检测分析技术,包括氟离子选择电极法、比色法、离子色谱法和高效液相色谱法。各种氟测定方法各有优缺点,适用范围也存在差异。建立高灵敏度、高选择性的离子色谱法测定氟的检测技术,是未来的主攻方向。
To undestand the development of fluorine detection technology,the detection and analysis technology of fluorine in different food matrices in recent years are summarized,including fluoride ion selective electrode method,colorimetric method,ion chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography.Each various fluorine determination methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.And there are differences in the scope of application.It is the main research direction in the future to establish a detection technology for the determination of fluorine by ion chromatography with high sensitivity and selectivity.
