摘要
综述沙门菌分子血清分型的鉴定方法与研究进展。介绍了沙门菌编码3种抗原(O、H、Vi)的相关基因及其表达机制,阐述了以血清型特异性标记基因为靶点进行沙门菌分子血清分型鉴定的方法及应用进展。本文回顾了沙门菌血清分型的鉴定方法及研究进展,为进一步开展沙门菌分子血清型鉴定研究奠定了基础。
The identification methods and research progress of molecular serotyping of Salmonella are reviewed.The related genes encoding three antigens(O,H and Vi)of Salmonella are introduced.The methods and research progress of molecular serotype identification of Salmonella with serotype specific marker genes as targets are described.This paper reviews the identification methods and research progress of Salmonella serotype,which lays a foundation for further identification of molecular serotype of Salmonella.
