摘要
原油在开采过程中,需要加入防蜡剂预防管道系统蜡晶析出。阴离子型表面活性剂脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐(FMES)与非离子型辛基酚聚醚(OP-8)组成二元体系,能够降低清蜡工作液的表面张力,减弱蜡垢与筒壁的黏附力,有利于蜡垢的解析和脱离,并与溶剂有很好的协同增效作用,可以帮助溶剂沿积蜡的缝隙渗入内部,提高溶剂的溶蜡速率。将FMES/OP-8二元体系作为防蜡剂的表面活性剂组分,并与乙二醇单丁醚和粗苯复配,最终得到乳化型防蜡剂的配方为FMES 10%,OP-810%,乙二醇单丁醚10%,粗苯16%,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯4%,纯净水50%。将该配方的防蜡剂用于现场油田采油井的防蜡作业,加药运行12 d后,单井日产油上升,油井回压、电流明显下降,延长了热洗和检泵周期,清蜡效果较好。
The crude oil,during the mining process,need to be added wax inhibitor to prevent precipitation of wax crystals in the pipeline system.The binary system composed of anionic surfactant fatty acid methyl ethoxylate sulfonate(FMES)and nonionic octylphenol polyether(OP-8)can reduce the surface tension of the working fluid of wax cleaning and weaken the adhesion between the wax scale and the cylinder wall,which is beneficial to the resolution and detachement of wax scale,and has a good synergistic effect with the solvent.It can help the solvent permeate into the interior along the gap of wax deposit,and improve the wax-dissolving rate of solvent.The binary system of FMES/OP-8 was used as the surfactant component of the wax inhibitor,and was compounded with ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and crude benzene.It is finally concluded that the formulation of the emulsified wax inhibitor was as follows:FMES 10%,OP-810%,ethylene glycol monobutyl ether 10%,crude benzene 16%,EVA 4%,purified water 50%.The wax inhibitor with formulation was used in the wax prevention operation of the oil recovery wells in the field.After 12 days of dosing operation,the daily oil production from a single well is increased.The return pressure and the electric current of oil well are decreased obviously.The hot washing and the cycle of checking pump have been extended with better wax clearning results.
