摘要
针对高寒地区某输油管道生产运行能耗费用较高的问题,对输油管道生产运行参数进行优化,结合该条管道实际运行情况,建立以能耗总费用最低为目标的生产运行参数优化数学模型。该模型属于非线性多变量优化问题,使用序列二次规划法对模型进行求解。分别以冬季2月和夏季8月两种典型工况为实例进行优化,结果显示,冬季和夏季运行总费用分别降低16.59%和12.98%,节能效果显著。结合优化模型,给出了该输油管道15000 t/d、18000 t/d、21000 t/d三种输量全年的运行方案,对管道日常生产管理有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption cost in the production and operation of an oil pipeline in cold regions,the production and operation parameters of the oil pipeline are optimized.Based on the actual operation of the pipeline,a mathematical model for optimizing the production and operation parameters,with the goal of minimizing the total cost of energy consumption,is established.This model belongs to a nonlinear multivariable optimization problem,which is solved by sequential quadratic programming.Taking two typical working conditions in February in winter and August in summer as examples,the optimization results show that the total operating costs in winter and summer are reduced by 16.59%and 12.98%respectively and the energy conservation effect is significant.Combined with the optimization model,the annual operation plans of the oil pipeline with capacity of 15000 t/d,18000 t/d and 21000 t/d are given,which has certain guiding significance for the daily production management of the pipeline.
