可砸式泄油器泄油技术的改进和提高

摘要 为了提高可砸式泄油器泄油成功率,采用提高砸击泄油器的冲击力和降低井液黏度减少井液对砸击物的阻力两种方法。通过这两种方法砸击工具可顺利作用在泄油器销钉处,使销钉断裂,油管内的井液经由销钉断的位置进入油套环形空间,实现油套联通,完成泄油。该方法解决了因砸击工具不规范、稠油井液阻力大及砸击力度不够造成的泄油失败的问题,达到了顺利泄油的目的,减少清洁生产设备的使用次数。现场应用235井次,泄油成功率提高34.8%,节约在线清洗水资源2187 m3,降低能耗23779 kgce。改进后的泄油技术投入成本低,节能效果好,具有使用推广价值。 In order to improve the success rate of oil drainage of smashing oil drainer,two methods are adopted by increasing the impact force of smashing oil drainer and reducing the viscosity of well fluid to reduce the resistance of well fluid to smashing object.Through these two methods,the hammering tool can smoothly act on the pin of oil drainer to break the pin and the well fluid in the tubing enters the annular space of the oil jacket with the broken position of the pin so as to realize the connection of the oil jacket and complete the drainage.This method is solved the problems of drainage failure caused by nonstandard hammering tools,large resistance of heavy oil well fluid and insufficient hammering strength,which achieves the purpose of smooth oil drainage and reduces the use times of cleaner production equipment.The 235 well times of field application has been increased the success rate of oil drainage by 34.8%,saved the 2187 m3 of online cleaning water resources and reduced energy consumption by 23779 kgce.The oil drainage technology after the improvement has a low investment cost and a good energy conservation effect,which has the value of application and promotion.
