摘要
在企业发展过程中,固有的思维模式、僵化的价值观对微创新过程产生重大阻碍。企业需要及时主动地忘记不适合组织发展的旧知识旧惯例,即通过忘却学习推动微创新进程。从机会进化视角,基于知识基础观,通过对5个案例的深入探究,以知识融合为中介变量,通过扎根理论方法分析忘却学习两个维度对微创新过程3个阶段的影响,并辅以MAXQDA进行验证。发现忘却学习通过知识融合的中介作用影响微创新过程的3条路径,提出以下研究命题:利用式忘却学习通过同源知识融合对微创新机会的识别及微创新机会的诠释与框定两个过程产生更大影响;探索式忘却学习通过多源知识融合对微创新机会的迭代和调整过程产生更大影响。
During the development of an enterprise,the conventional mode of thinking and rigid values form a major obstacle to the process of micro-innovation.Enterprises need to proactively forget the outdated knowledge and conventions that are not suitable for organizational development,and,meanwhile,to promote 3he process of micro-innovation by unlearning.From the perspective of opportunity evolution,on the knowledge-based view and the in-depth study of 5 cases,the influence of the two dimensions of unlearning on the three stages of micro-innovation this paper are analyzed by grounded theory with knowledge fusion as the mediating variable and MAXQDA verification.It is concluded knowedge fsio.and the flowg,research role of has a greater impact on the ideniction of pare put lowrd.Adagoo nei micro-innovation opportunities and the interpretation and has a greater impact on the multi-source knowledge fusion.
