企业数字化转型对企业增长能力的影响机制——基于文本挖掘的经验证据

The Influence and Mechanism of Enterprise Digital Transformation on Enterprise Growth Capacity:Empirical Evidence Based on Text Mining

通过文本挖掘对企业数字化转型进行测度,并通过实证检验数字化转型对企业增长能力的影响机制。研究发现:数字化转型能够显著提升企业的增长能力。异质性检验结果发现:企业数字化转型对国有企业和非国有企业的增长能力都具有显著的正向驱动作用,但对国有企业的作用更加突出。对东中地区企业的增长能力有显著的正向促进作用,而对西部地区企业没有促进作用。从机制检验来看,企业数字化转型通过提高企业的创新能力、降低企业的负债水平以及降低企业的管理成本促进企业的增长能力。因此,为提升数字化水平对企业增长能力的促进作用,中国企业应努力实现数字产业转型升级,将数字化转型融合到生产及研发环节,提高一定的创新能力。

The enterprise digital transformation are measured through text mining,and the influence and mechanism of digital transformation are empirically tested on enterprise growth capacity.It is found that digital transformation can significantly improve the growth capacity of enterprises.Heterogeneity test results show that digital transformation has a significant positive driving effect on the growth capacity of both state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises,and a more prominent effect on the former.Besides,it has a significant positive effect on the growth capacity of enterprises in east-central region rather than in western region.From the perspective of mechanism test,enterprise digital transformation can promote enterprise's growth ability by improving enterprise innovation ability,reducing enterprise debt and management cost.Therefore,in order to enhance the promotion effect of digital level on enterprise growth capacity,Chinese enterprises shoulds trive to realize the transformation and upgrading of digital industry,integrate digital transformation into production and research and development links,and improve innovation capacity to a great extent.
