工程合同柔性对建设工程项目绩效的影响——基于信任与合作的链式中介模型

The Influence of Engineering Contractual Flexibility on Construction Project Performance:A Perspective of Chain Mediation Model of Trust and Cooperation

以建设工程项目为研究对象,分析工程合同柔性对建设工程项目绩效的影响,并在此基础上探究信任与合作的链式中介作用。研究发现:工程合同柔性中条款柔性与执行柔性均对建设工程项目绩效有正向影响;信任在工程合同条款柔性与建设工程项目绩效间起到中介作用,同时在工程合同执行柔性与建设工程项目绩效间起到中介作用;合作在工程合同条款柔性与建设工程项目绩效间起到中介作用,但在工程合同执行柔性与建设工程项目绩效间没有起到显著中介作用;信任与合作在工程合同条款柔性与建设工程项目绩效间起到链式中介作用,同时在执行柔性与建设工程项目绩效间起到链式中介作用。以工程合同柔性视角为建设工程项目绩效的提高及发承包之间的信任与合作关系的改善提供建议。

Taking construction projects as the research object,the impact of construction contractual flexibility on the performance of construction projects is analyzed,and on this basis the chain mediating effect of trust and cooperation is explored.The research shows that:Both terms flexibility and execution flexibility in the flexibility of engineering contracts have a positive impact on the performance of construction projects;Trust plays a mediating role both between the flexibility of contract terms and heper0ormanceo0construction projects,and betweenthe0lexibility o0contract execution and the performance of construction projects;Cooperation plays an intermediary role between the flexibility of contract terms and the per0ormance o0construction projects,butnotasigniicantintermediaryrole between the flexibility of contract execution and the performance of construction projects;Trust and cooperation play a chain mediating role both between the flexibility of contract terms and the performance of construction projects,and between the implementation flexibility and the performance of construction projects.Suggestions are provided for improving the performance of construction projects and for promoting the trust and cooperation relationship between development and contracting.
