内层绳捻制类型对多层股阻旋转钢丝绳性能影响

摘要 多层股阻旋转钢丝绳内层绳直径相对单层股钢芯钢丝绳钢芯直径明显要大,且内外层绳捻向相反,该特点使内层绳捻制类型对钢丝绳性能影响相对更为显著。从目前资料看,多层股阻旋转钢丝绳内层绳捻制类型设计并不唯一。对多层股阻旋转钢丝绳,当考虑减小内外层绳股钢丝接触应力时,将内层绳捻制类型设计成交互捻是相对合适的,该设计也有利于提高钢丝绳破断拉力,当考虑提高钢丝绳阻旋转性能时,将内层绳捻制类型设计成同向捻是相对合适的,该设计也有利于提高钢丝绳柔软性与内层绳耐磨损性能,当内层绳由多层股组成时,内层绳的层绳捻向、捻制类型设计应同单层股独立钢芯钢丝绳。 The diameter of inner layer rope of multi-strand rotation resistance wire rope is obviously larger than that of single-strand wire rope,and lay direction of inner layer rope and outer layer rope is opposite,which makes effect of inner rope lay type on performance of wire rope relatively more significant.According to present information,lay type design of inner layer rope of multi-strand rotation resistance wire rope is not unique.For multi-strand rotation resistance wire rope,when considering reducing contact stress between steel wire of inner and outer layers of wire rope,it is relatively suitable to design lay type of inner layer rope as interactive lay,and the design is also beneficial to increase broken force of wire rope,when considering improving rotation resistance of wire rope,it is suitable to design lay type of inner layer rope as lang lay,which is also beneficial to improve flexibility of wire rope and wear resistance of inner layer rope,when inner layer rope is composed of multi-strand,lay direction and lay type of inner layer rope should be designed as single-strand independent steel-cored wire rope.
