摘要
通过9种腐蚀剂方案的设计、试验,利用金相显微镜观察,研究了不同腐蚀剂对珠光体钢丝的腐蚀效果。结果表明:使用盐酸15 ml+硝酸5 ml+水100 ml,盐酸15 ml+硝酸5 ml+乙醇100 ml,体积分数为10%的盐酸酒精溶液和体积分数为30%的盐酸酒精溶液均可以获得较清晰的金相组织。但综合考虑腐蚀时间和腐蚀效果,推荐使用方案更优的盐酸15 ml+硝酸5 ml+水100 ml腐蚀剂。
The corrosion effect of different etchants on pearlite steel wire was studied through design and test of 9 schemes of etchants and observation of metallographic microscope.Results show that relatively clear microstructure can be obtained by using hydrochloric acid 15 ml+nitric acid 5 ml+water 100 ml,hydrochloric acid 15 ml+nitric acid 5 ml+ethanol 100 ml,hydrochloric acid alcohol solution with volume fraction of 10%and hydrochloric acid alcohol solution with volume fraction of 30%.However,in consideration of corrosion time and corrosion effect,it is recommended to use a more optimal solution of 15 ml hydrochloric acid+5 ml nitric acid+100 ml water etchant.
