摘要
针对钢帘线生产过程中湿拉及合股工序频繁出现断丝问题,采用金相显微镜及扫描电镜对断口进行分析。钢丝断口类型主要有杯锥型、平断型、颈缩型、撕裂型,而造成断丝的原因比较复杂,一方面是原料质量存在问题;另一方面则是钢丝生产过程中工况不好或工艺控制不当导致的。分析结果表明,线材中心偏析重,线材含有高熔点不变形夹杂物,线材或钢丝表面存在缺陷,拉拔过程工况条件不佳,钢丝热处理工艺控制不当等都可能造成钢帘线湿拉和捻股断丝。
In view of wire breakage during wet drawing and stranding process in steel cord production,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to analyze the fracture.The fracture types of steel wire mainly include cup cone type,flat fracture type,necking type and tearing type.On the one hand,there are problems in quality of raw materials;On the other hand,poor working conditions or improper process control during steel wire production.Results show that heavy central segregation,high melting point and undeformed inclusions,defects on wire rod surface,poor working conditions in drawing process,and improper control of steel wire heat treatment process are all causes of wet drawing and strand breaking of steel cord.
