新农科背景下动物生产类专业人才培养提升机制研究--以华南农业大学-温氏集团产业学院为例

Research on the Cultivation and Promotion Mechanism of Animal Production Professionals under the Background of New Agricultural Science—A Case Study of Industrial College of South China Agricultural University and Wen Group

作为实现教育链、产业链、创新链融合的最新载体,产业学院是提升动物生产类专业人才培养的有效途径。华南农业大学-温氏集团产业学院结合校企实际,创新动物生产类专业人才培养机制,在提升动物生产类本科生实践能力方面取得了初步成效,旨在为新农科建设卓越农林人才提供支撑,为其他应用型地方本科院校建设产业学院提供参考。

As the latest carrier to realize the integration of education chain,industrial chain and innovation chain,industrial college is an effective way to improve the training of animal production professionals.In combination with the actual situation of the university and the enterprise,Industrial College of South China Agricultural University-Wen Group has innovated the training mechanism of talent in animal production speciality.The preliminary results have achieved in improving the practical ability of animal production undergraduates,so as to provide supports for the outstanding agricultural and forestry talents in the construction of new agricultural sciences,and provide references for the construction of industrial colleges in other application-oriented local undergraduate universities.
