双向进气型脉冲管膨胀机能流分析研究

摘要 通过建立双向进气型的脉冲管膨胀机系统焓流模型,分析识别了能流在系统内部流向及变化规律,构建了热端换热器换热物理模型,分析出双向进气结构在模型中对热端换热器的焓流熵流影响。建立系统内小孔阀计算模型,并开展实验测试,获得焓流随时间变化关系。该研究有助于其进行性能预测。 A double-inlet pulse tube expander system model is established. The energy flow direction and variation law inside the system are analyzed. A physical heat-exchange model at the hot end of the heat exchanger is built. The influence of double inlet structure on the enthalpy flow and entropy flow at the hot end exchanger is analyzed. The calculate model of the orifice valve in the system is establised,and the experimental tests is carried out to obtain the relationship of enthalpy flow with time. This research contributes to the performance prediction of a double-inlet pulse tube expander system.
