摘要 传统人工巡检效率低,质量难以保证。为提高巡检工作的信息化和智能化水平,实现由人工巡检到设备自主巡检的转变,构建统一数据平台,完成全厂生产数据标准化治理,将图像识别、音频分析、视频采集等多种技术手段融合,开发并部署智能巡检系统,完成了对电厂机组和公共区域关键要素全方位、立体化、智能化巡检,并自动进行预警报警。巡检系统提升了巡检的效率和质量,减少人员需求的同时,节约了人工成本,提高了电厂工作的信息化、智能化水平。 Traditional manual inspection is inefficient,and quality is difficult to guarantee.In order to improve the informatization and intelligence level of inspection work and finish the transformation from manual inspection to independent inspection,this paper constructs a unified data platform to complete the standardized management of production data in the whole station.The intelligent inspection system integrates various technical means such as image recognition,audio analysis,and video acquisition.It completes the all-round,three-dimensional and intelligent inspection of key elements of hydropower station units and public areas and automatically carries out early warning and alarm.The intelligent inspection system improves the efficiency and quality of inspection,reduces the demand for staff while saving labor costs,and improves the level of hydropower station information and intelligence.
