电站锅炉水平烟道疏灰技术改造

锅炉水平烟道积灰问题长期困扰着用户。提出了一种锅炉水平烟道积灰治理技术,在易积灰高温再热器区域的水平烟道底部,沿着炉宽和炉深方向均匀布置若干小型灰斗,每个灰斗配1根疏灰支管,每根疏灰支管通过1个金属膨胀节与灰斗连接;疏灰支管分几组汇集到各个疏灰总管,每根疏灰总管上各设置2个重力式翻板阀,疏灰总管尾端接入包墙集箱下侧的下部烟道。锅炉通过水平烟道疏灰技术改造后,运行效果良好,解决了积灰问题,并起到节能作用。

The problem of ash deposition in horizontal flue of Utility Boiler has plagued users for a long time.This paper put forward a treatment technology for ash deposition in the horizontal flue.At the bottom of the horizontal flue in the area prone to ash accumulation and high regeneration, several small ash hoppers are evenly arranged along the direction of furnace width and depth.Each ash hopper is equipped with an ash drainage branch pipe connected with the ash hopper through a metal expansion joint.The ash drainage branch pipe is divided into several groups and collected into each ash drainage main pipe, and two gravity flap valves are set on each ash drainage main pipe.The tail end of the ash drainage main pipe is connected to the lower flue under the enclosure header.Through the technical transformation of discharging ash in the horizontal flue, the problem of ash deposition in the horizontal flue is effectively solved to ensure the reliable operation of the boiler and play an important role in energy conservation.
