摘要
近年来国内多地铁线路出现弓网异常磨耗现象,异常磨耗出现后弓网关系急速恶化,若未能及时控制,碳滑板磨耗率呈几十倍增长,接触线磨损增加,严重影响线路正常运营生产。通过对广州地铁三号线弓网异常磨耗应急处置和原因分析,提出对弓网设备日常维护优化措施,同时制定冬季大降温时期弓网特殊维护策略。
In recent years, abnormal wear of the pantograph and catenary has occurred in many domestic metro lines.After the abnormal wear, the relationship between the pantograph and the catenary has deteriorated rapidly.If it is not controlled in time, the wear rate of carbon sliding plate will increase dozens of times, and the wear of contact line will increase, seriously affecting normal operation and production.Based on the emergency treatment and cause analysis of abnormal wear of pantograph and catenary in Guangzhou Metro Line 3,this paper puts forward to optimize the daily maintenance of the pantograph and catenary equipment, and formulate special maintenance strategies for pantograph and catenary in the period of great cooling in winter.
