摘要
针对绿色建筑进行技术分类分析,建立绿色建筑技术增量经济效益评价体系。采用基于熵权的模糊综合评价法,构建绿色建筑技术增量经济效益评价模型。案例分析表明:该模型能够科学评价绿色建筑技术方案的增量经济效果,并为决策者选择合适的绿色建筑技术及方案提供帮助,可促进绿色建筑高质量发展。
This paper conducts a technical classification analysis of green buildings, and establishes an evaluation system for the incremental economic benefits of green building technologies.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight is used to construct an evaluation model of the incremental economic benefit of green building technology.The case study shows that the model can scientifically evaluate the incremental economic effects of green building technology solutions and provide help for decision makers to choose appropriate green building technologies and solutions, which can promote the high-quality development of green buildings.
