贺州香芋地下害虫防治对比试验研究

摘要 为了筛选防治贺州香芋地老虎和蛴螬的有效药剂,进行大田药效试验,并在收获期对地下虫害发生情况进行调查,比较不同药剂处理对香芋地下虫害的田间防治效果。试验结果表明,3种药剂处理均未对香芋产生药害,地下虫害防效在31.04%~75.83%,其中噻虫胺·氟氯氰和联苯·呋虫胺处理的防治效果较好,防效分别为75.83%和58.61%。3种药剂处理对贺州香芋商品芋产量有所差异,其中噻虫胺·氟氯氰处理的商品芋产量最高,为2705.45 kg/667 m^(2);其次是联苯·呋虫胺,为2267.44 kg/667 m^(2),两者均显著高于对照的1873.26 kg/667 m^(2);硫磺处理的商品芋产量为1960.28 kg/667 m^(2),与对照无显著性差异。各处理农药残留检测均符合食品安全国家标准。推荐使用联苯·呋虫胺和噻虫胺·氟氯氰对贺州香芋进行地老虎和蛴螬的防治。 In order to screen effective agents for controlling of cutworms and grubs in Hezhou taro,the field efficacy test was carried out.The occurrence of underground pests was investigated during the harvest period,and the field control effects of different agents on the underground pests of taro were compared.The results showed that the three pesticides had no phytotoxicity to taro,and the control effect of underground pests ranged from 31.04%to 75.83%.Among them,the control effects of clothianidin·cyhalothrin and bifenthrin·dinotefuran were better,and the control effects were 75.83%and 58.61%respectively.Three kinds of treatments had different effects on the yield of Hezhou taro,the yield of commercial taro treated with clothianidin·cyhalothrin was the highest,which was 2705.45 kg/667 m^(2);the second was bifenthrin·dinotefuran,which was 2267.44 kg/667 m^(2),both of them were significantly higher than the control(1873.26 kg/667 m^(2)).The yield of commercial taro treated with sulfur was 1960.28 kg/667 m^(2),which had no significantly difference to the control.The detection of pesticide residues in each treatment conformed the national food safety standards.It was recommended to use bifenthrin·dinotefuran and clothianidin·cyhalothrin to control cutworms and grubs in Hezhou taro.
