进入工业4.0时代,数字劳动已跃升为一种重要的劳动方式,但数字劳动者的活劳动却被各种平台和数字资本所充分吸纳,产生了新型异化,研究发现,其主要表现在三个方面:其一,数字劳动者裂变为数字孪生体,其生产的“一般数据”被各种数字化平台所窃取,成为无酬性的“产消者”;其二,数字劳动者的情感劳动和情绪劳动,成为价值创造的重要来源和具有高附加值的劳动方式之一,但却与自身发生了新的疏离;其三,数字资本成为新的“普照的光”,它不仅是产业资本与金融资本的重要牵引,也完成了对数字劳动者的形式吸纳和实质吸纳,实现了对数字劳动者更为深度的盘剥。

In the era of Industry 4.0,digital labor has become an important form of labor,but the living labor of digital labor has been fully absorbed by various platforms and digital capital,and a new type of alienation has occurred.This is mainly manifested in three aspects.Firstly,digital workers have fractured into digital twins,and the“general data”they produce has been stolen by various digital platforms,becoming unpaid“prosumers”.Secondly,the emotional and affective labor of digital workers has become an important source of value creation and one of the forms of labor with high added value,but with a new alienation from itself.Thirdly,digital capital has become a new“universal light”,which not only becomes an important traction for industrial and financial capital,but also completes the formal and real subsumption of digital laborers,and realizes a deeper exploitation of digital workers.The exploration of the new alienation of digital labor constitutes an important guarantee to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy.
